Once upon a time…..There was a genius designer named Frank Gehry and he created the dramatic architecture of the Walt Disney Music Hall, located at 111 South Grand Ave. This intense work of art was completed in October 2003. The sheer volume of these metallic angled forms symbolizes musical movement and the motion of LA. The sun beams off the reflective stainless steel panels and by nightfall the city lights up this massive sculpture. Seeing it all in person is an over-whelming feeling. You really can’t help but find inspiration in this magnificent building!
