It’s time to head to the 5th Street Farmer’s Market and check out something new!  I’m a big cheese lover, whether it is for a wine/beer pairings, added to a salad or sandwich, or just an afternoon snack with crackers, it’s a must have for my refrigerator. I recommend trying out my personal “go to” cheese spot, the Vagabond Cheese Company. Every Sunday, they offer new and rare hard-to-find cheeses. They are based out L.A. and promote artisanal cheese by showcasing them through pairings. Their pairing are more eccentric and they focus on craft beer paired with cheese. These guys are so helpful and a refreshing new addition to DTLA, so stop by and grab some tasty cheese to munch on during the week!
