Brunch With The Must!
By gonzalez-girlz | November 8, 2015It’s time to start your morning/afternoon with Brunch at the Must! Chef Claudio has tons of flavor prepared for you! I highly recommend the Croque Madame, made with house smoked ham, brown butter bechamel sauce, topped with a fried egg, piled on a ciabatta, and crispy house cut fries….mmm….the ham is unbelievably sweet and smoky! If you are a sausage lover, like me, you will definitely want to try their Sausage Biscuits, made with house made pork sausage and warm house made biscuits, served with Weiser Farm peewee heirloom potatoes. If you need a little spice in your life, then you will fall in love with their Cholo Fried Rice, loaded with carnitas, avocado, jalapeños, topped with a fried egg, and drizzled with salsa verde…. Oh Hell Yeah! If your all about the tacos, you will want the Huevos On Your Face, served with soft scrambled eggs, avocado, rice, house made creme fraiche, and warm tortillas. Of course, you can’t forget about trying their refreshing mimosas to add to your brunch! The Must is all about quality and creativity, they butcher their own fresh meat in house, it’s all locally bought, and they use ever part of the meat. This humble Chef is always finding new and inspirational ways to bring passion to his mouth-watering dishes! So grab your brunch buddies and head to this DTLA Hotspot, everyone Must love it!
